1.21 - UI Overhaul and Bug fixes

This new version of Ketl features over 20 improvements, both major and minor. Highlights include a new, faster filing interface and enhanced communication tools for documents.

UI Changes

Redesigned the filing interface. Its now snappier and simpler to use.
Added a new button View e-mail to filing, now you can easily open the parent e-mail of an any attachment.
Added a new button "Create note" to filing, now you to create a flow when filing any document.
Added a new button Help to the left sidebar of Ketl, open the documentation directly from the app.

Changes to how you manage duplicates

With the introduction of Ketl Dock, now you can immediately check if you already filed a similar file before.

Everytime you are trying to file a file that has already been filed, you will see an alert, if you expand that alert, you can see what similar files have been filed and take action.

New panel to display your calendar events in Home page

A new event panel on your home page allows you to view upcoming events directly from Ketl.

Improvements to Flows

Mention any document when writing a Flow, simply type "/" to open the file selector.
You can now mention everyone at once in comments using @all.

Bug fixes

Enhanced contrast of pinned Flows.
Better search functionality for assignees in Flows.
Enhanced general usability of Flows.
Improved formatting of cards in Flows.
Flows created with a past date are now automatically marked as completed.
Added functionality to include flows in projects, with visibility in the client Flow.
Added option to export flows as excel spreadsheets.
