Workspace

A Ketl workspace is the container for your projects, documents contacts, tasks and other concepts relating to an individual company.

Organization

A workspace has has an Organization within it. Organizations hold common settings and configurations defined by your Administrator. It's also the holder of your own AI and rules its behaviour within your Workspace.

Organizations have their own settings available to configure features like Calendars or Tasks. Each Organization also contains an archive, which keeps a record of projects that are not being actively kept in your day-to-day.

Projects

The most basic concept in Ketl is the Project. Most other concepts in Ketl are either associated with projects, or function to link projects together.

Projects are required to have a title – all other properties and relations are optional. This makes it quick to create projects and cuts down on unnecessary work.

We support basic project properties such as Tags, Tasks, and others types of information defined by your Graph. Projects can by linked to a Contact or Client, but also to Documents.

You can create Projects from anywhere in the app. Try it - Open any page in the app and click in the Blue Square with a Plus in the left-bar of Ketl.

Contacts

Contacts are used to organize your work in a client-centric manner. In Contacts, you can create Tasks, add Notes or schedule Events.

You can also link multiple Projects to a Contact, this allows you unify all the information in one place, making your Contact the hub of all its information.

Tasks

A Tasks is a way of organizing your work, you can create a task related to a Project, Contact or Document.

Notes

Similar to a Task, a Note is a way of communicating with you team from your Workspace.

Events

You can transform any Task or Note into an Event by toggle the Calendar icon when Creating a Task or Note.

It's also possible to create an Event directing from Filing (To know how Click here).

Flows

You can have an overview of your collaboration in the Flows panel. To access it click in the waves icon in the left-bar on Ketl.

Its like a Trello but with all the powerful features of ketl. You can Add filters, Change the sorting or even have your own Flow Workspace.

Filing

One of the most powerful features in Ketl is Filing. It allows you to automatically organize your documents in one click.

Imagine having an Inbox with all your "de-organized" documents, and just like a mail-box, you can read and take action. View any type_* of document from within our app, and thanks to our automated extraction, view all the pertinent information in your document. Then based on that information decide what name that document should have and where it should be store.
