Now every time you receive a document in the connected e-mail, it should appear in your Inbox in Ketl.
Import data
Contacts and projects are the core entities used to manage work in Ketl. Each contact or project can contain many informations attached to them. That information is then used to generate filters, templates and more.
Currently Ketl allows you to freely import data from any .csv, we'll attempt to match data from the file with a similar field in your workspace graph. If a field from the source file does not match, it may not be imported.
To access the import interface, please navigate to Admin settings - Imports, then select the type of data you want to import.
Your .csv should contain one of the following delimiter symbols: ;
or ,
.
If it looks like something didn't import properly, or you are having trouble importing data let us know at support@ketl.ch.
