Some PDF files received by your organization are amalgamations of several documents. This happens, for example, when:
You scan documents in bulk (e.g., postal mail)
Your clients send you supporting documents that need to be classified and processed independently (e.g., tax declaration)
You will therefore need to separate this file into several PDFs.
If you use Adobe, you will have to specify the start and end index for each separation, which is very time-consuming.
Ketl offers a modern approach to this problem and will save you valuable time.
If you already know how to start classifying a file, skip directly to step 2.

The interface displays thumbnails of each page in the PDF. The colors indicate the belonging to a document, allowing you to easily verify if the separation is correct.
You can easily adjust the splitting by clicking between each page, which will either separate or merge adjacent pages.
Once the separations are made, you can create the resulting files by clicking on "Create documents."
The files created will immediately be added to the classification list.
